Mary Howard Hayes Vasquez, 45, of Owensboro passed away Saturday, January 12, 2013 at her home. Born in Daviess County on February 28, 1967, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Betty Lou Cooper Howard and was a homemaker. She enjoyed scrapbooking, especially pictures of her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Ronnie Hayes, Sr.
Surviving are her husband, Ralph Vasquez; children, Tiffani (Victor) Wilson of Owensboro, Ronnie (Whitney) Hayes, Jr. of Calhoun, and Justin Hayes and Brad Skaggs both of Owensboro and grandchildren, Kayden Skaggs, Nevaeh Hayes, Nicole Hayes, Natalli Hayes, Jasmine Hayes, and Avery Hayes.
Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday in the Chapel of Peace at Rosehill Cemetery. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory is handling arrangements.
