Mary `. Terry

Mary "Margie" Howard Terry, 77, of Owensboro, peacefully went to be with the Lord in Heaven on March 27, 2015, in the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky after a long battle with Parkinson's. She was born in Daviess County to the late Charles Patrick and Mary Emily Ward Howard. Margie graduated in 1955 from St. Mary of the Woods High School, retired from Ragu, and was a member of Immaculate Catholic Church. She enjoyed sewing, cake decorating, cooking, crocheting, quilting, canning fresh vegetables from her garden, and taking care of her boys. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, David, Joseph, Charles, James, Floyd, Dane, and Raymond Howard.

Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Hubert Terry; sons, Brian Terry (Kim) and Steve Terry (Leigh Anne) all of Owensboro; grandchildren, Dustin James, Vivian Grace, and Jack William; sisters, Pat Jones and Doris Howard; and brothers, William Howard (Trudy), Jim Howard (Wendy), and Stanley Howard (Brenda).

Services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Immaculate Catholic Church. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Sunday and after 8:30 a.m. on Monday at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory, prayers will be said at 7 p.m. Sunday. Burial will be in St. Mary of the Woods Cemetery.
