Mary Irene Sparks
September 16, 1926 — September 12, 2001
Mary Irene Bowlds Sparks, 74, of 4110 Lake Dreamland Rd, Louisville, died Wednesday, Spetember 12, 2001 at Caritas Hospital in Louisville. The Daviess County native was a member of St Dennis Catholic Church in Louisville.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Yewell Sparks in 1978.
Survivors include two sons, Wayne Sparks and Ricky Sparks both of Louisville; two daughters, Pamela Greer of Brandenburg and Lisa Cheatham of Louisville, seven grandchildren; and a sister, Ruby Terrell of Owensboro.
Funeral services are 11 A.M. Saturday, September 15, 2001 at Sts Joseph and Paul Catholic Church in Owensboro with burial in Resurrection Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Glenn Funeral Home from 2-8 P.M. on Friday and after 9 A.M. on Saturday. Parrish prayers will be at 7 P.M. on Friday.
