Mary E. Billie Brown Onstott, 87, died Monday, October 27, 2003 in Meridian, ID. The Daviess County native was a member of St. Mary of the Woods Catholic Church , Whitesville, and enjoyed quilting, sewing, string art, crocheting, and counted cross stitch. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Anna McGuire Brown, her husband, Iverson Monroe Bear Onstott (1989), a grandson, Michael Onstott, brothers, Richard Brown, Eddie and Irvin Brown (Twins), Charles Brown and Tom Brown, and sisters, Catherine Schultz and Margaret Taylor.
She is survived by a daughter , Bonnie ( and Bob) Lauer of Bothell, WA; six sons, Darrell (and Phyllis) Onstott of Meridian, ID, Charlie (and Linda) Onstott, Kenny (and Becky) Onstott, Terry (and Teresa) Onstott, and Steve (and Julie) Onstott all of Philpot, and Donnie ( and Dianne) Onstott of Whitesville; 16 grandchildren; Theresa Hugo, Peter Onstott, Sean Onstott, Shane Onstott, Amy Bailey, Sarah Lauer, Emily Lauer, Chris Onstott, Chad Onstott, Shanni Jones, Joshua Onstott, Matthew Onstott, Angela Onstott, Amanda Onstott, Brett Onstott, and Ben Onstott; 10 great-grandchildren; .three sisters, (her twin) Lucille Bean of Philpot, and (twins)Thomasine Smith and Josephine Young both of Owensboro.
Funeral services are 10 A.M. Monday, November 3, 2003 at Glenn Funeral Home with burial in Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 2-6 P.M. Sunday, November 2, 2003 and after 8:30 A.M. on Monday. Prayers will be at 6 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home.
