Mary Darlene Hopping

Mary Darlene Hopping, 74, of Owensboro, passed away on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at the Heartford House. She was born on October 5, 1939 in Rock Springs, Wyoming to the late Fredrick Bernard and Margaret Lorene Arkle Menghini. She was a homemaker and of the Catholic faith having attended St. Peter of Alcantra Catholic Church. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Edward John Hopping in November of 1984 and a son, Donald Fredrick Lautenschleger in August of 1993.

Surviving are two daughters, D'Anne Marie Lenford and husband Jim of Medford, OR and Denise Michelle Gross and husband Steve of Owensboro, four sons, Daniel Matthew Lautenschleger and wife Tammy of Medford, OR, Mark Allen Farleigh of LaPine, OR, Micheal Lee Farleigh of Grants Pass, OR, and Matthew Damon Hopping, 17 grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.

Private services will be held. Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory are in charge of arrangements.
