Mary L. Hester

Mrs. Mary Lillian (Clark) Hester age 78 of Owensboro passed away on October 20, 2015 in Owensboro. Mary was born on November 25, 1936 to the late Charles "Ted" and Mary C. "Till" (Mackin) Clark.

Mary was a member of the Sugar Grove Baptist Church; she was a phenomenal prayer warrior.

Mary is preceded in death by her parents, four brothers: Bobby Clark, Edward Clark, Gene Clark, Jim Clark, one sister: Martha Hayden.

Mary is survived by husband: Robert "Bob" Hester, two daughters: Cathy (Kenny) Malone of Owensboro, Karla (Jr) Hunt of Owensboro, two sons: Larry (Linetta) Hester of Owensboro, Robert (Carol) Hester Jr. of Colorado, three brothers: David (Onee) Clark of Owensboro, Benny (Paula) Clark of Owensboro, Mike (Rose) Clark of Owensboro, two sisters: Nancy (Don) Pierce of Owensboro, Linda (Randy) Tate of Delaware, six grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Friday October 23, 2015 at 12pm at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory, with burial in the Elmwood cemetery, with visitation Thursday October 22, 2015 from 4pm - 8pm at the funeral home and Friday from 10am till time of service.
