Mary Jo Stackhouse Haught

Mary Jo Stackhouse Haught, 65 of Utica passed away Monday, May 7, 2012 at the Owensboro Medical Health System. Born in New Martinsville, WV, she was the daughter of the late Donald and Eliza Morris Stackhouse; was a member of STS Joseph and Paul Catholic Church; and was a retired from the Carmel Home where she was a Certified Nurse Assistant. Mrs. Haught loved dolphins, one of God's most marvelous animals. She also enjoyed her dogs, Sassy, Snookie, Gizmo, and Colby and her cats, Angel and Buddy.

Mrs. Haught is survived by her children, Bonnie Haught and Archie (Lena) Haught of Utica, Victoria (Mark) Crampton of King George, VA, and Stephen (Lashawna) Haught of Owensboro; grandchildren, Adrian Crampton, Sarah Haught, Joilyn Haught, Keshawna Haught, Stephen Haught, Jr., and Keileisha Haught; step-grandchildren, Dashawn and Raishawn; a sister, Deloris (Otis) Anderson of North Carolina; and brothers, Stephen (Cindy) Stackhouse of Cincinnati and Thomas Stackhouse of Paden City, WV.

Services are 10 a.m., Friday, May 11, 2012 in the chapel of Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation will be from 3-7 p.m. on Thursday with prayers at 7 p.m. and after 9 a.m. on Friday.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Carmel Home.
