Mary Etta Harl

Mary Etta Harl, 69, of Owensboro Kentucky went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Thursday, July 7, 2016. Although she suffered in life with many health issues and challenges, she had a wonderful sense of humor and remained sunny, optimistic, hopeful and kind to everyone. She was a member of Buena Vista Baptist Church for 69 years. She lived out the last two years of her life in the kind and loving care of her sister Brenda who had tended to her needs all of her life.

She was retired after twenty-six years from Omico Plastics.

Survivors include her sister Brenda Hall (Malcolm), brother, Freddie Harl, nieces Julie Alford, Amy Turley (Stan), Karen Leach (Scott), nephew Alan Harl (Kelly) and several great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father Alney Austin Harl and mother Ventrice Gist Harl.

Per her request there will be no visitation or funeral services.
