Mary Ebelhar Guinn, 83, of Owensboro, passed away on Sunday, November 06, 2011 at Wellington Parc. She was born in Daviess County to the late Leo and Helen (Russell) Ebelhar.

Mrs. Guinn was retired from Texas Gas Transmission Corporation and a member of St. Stephen Cathedral in Owensboro.

She was preceded in death by her husband, McKinley (Mac) Guinn in 1995; parents; two brothers, Clarence and Hugh Ebelhar.

She is survived by two brothers, Russell Ebelhar of Owensboro and Douglas Ebelhar (Jeannette) of Hendersonville, TN; five sisters, Sister Helen Leo (Martha) O.S.U. of Maple Mount, KY, Helen Reinstedler (Bill) of Louisville, KY, Barbara Powers (George) of Bowling Green, KY, Beverly Ebelhar of Owensboro, KY and Patricia Mearkle (Walt) of Simsbury, CT; 10 godchildren; 29 nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews.

A Christian Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, November 9 at St. Stephen Cathedral. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3:00-8:00 P.M. Tuesday at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory with prayers at 5:30 P.M. and visitation will begin again after 8:30 A.M. Wednesday.
