Mary Beverly Gillim

Mary Beverly Gillim, 90, of Owensboro, formerly of Ensor, died Monday, March 25, 2002 at Hillcrest Nursing Home. She was born in Daviess County, Kentucky on January 26, 1912 the daughter of Simon and Sarah Bell Gillim.
She had worked at Ken-Rad and cleaned for South Hampton Baptist Church. She was a member of Walnut Memorial Baptist Church and enjoyed spending time with friends and family.
Survivors include three brothers, Franklin Gillim and Urey Lee Gillim, both of Owensboro and Hugh Wendall Gillim of Philpot; and a sister, Marjorie Swope of Philpot.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 27, 2002 at Glenn Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Reverend Guy Gordon. Burial will follow in Yellow Creek Cemetery. Her family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 26, 2002 and after 9:00 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
