Mary Elizabeth Faught

Mary Elizabeth Faught, 77, of 930 Elsmere St., Owensboro, passed away Thursday, March 17, 2005 at her home. She was born in Daviess Co. to the late Frank & Ronnie Fulkerson Payne. She was retired from General Electric Co. after 41 years of service. She was of the Catholic faith, enjoyed country music, collecting dolls, traveling, cooking, and going out to eat with her General Electric retiree friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Delmon Faught on May 6, 2002 and 10 brothers & sisters, Raymond, Lucian, Guy, Charlie P., Joe, and Lockhart Payne, and Magdalene Payne, Loella Payne, and Alice Settles.

Surviving are several nieces & nephews and great nieces & nephews. She was the last surviving member of a family of 12 brothers & sisters.

Services will be at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, March 19, at the Glenn Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Friday from 2:00-8:00 P.M. and after 8:30 A.M. Saturday at the funeral home.
