Mary Blanche Johnson Cundiff

Mary Johnson Cundiff, 54, of Owensboro passed away Sunday, April 9, 2006 at the Owensboro Medical Health System. Born September 27, 1951 in Daviess County, Mrs. Cundiff worked at Prudential Securities for 22 years as the Operations manager and was a member of St. Pius Tenth Catholic Church. She most recently worked at Steves Market; enjoyed camping and fishing; was a Kentucky Colonel; and, adored her Scottish Terrier, Benny. She was preceded in death by a brother, Paul Martin Johnson, Sr. and a sister, Barbara Roehm.

She is survived by her husband, Tommy B. Cundiff; her parents, Herbert and Audeline Hagan Johnson; brothers, Stephen (and Patty) Johnson of Owensboro, and Thomas A. (and Krystyna) Johnson of Maceo; sisters, Nancy (and Norman) Wheatley and Loretta (and Rodney) Wheatley of Hawesville, and Gladys Wall of Owensboro; and 24 nieces and nephews and 30 great nieces and nephews.

Services are 10 A.M. Wednesday, April 12, 2006 at St. Pius X Catholic Church with Revs. Brian Johnson and Richard Meredith with burial in Mater Dolorosa Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8 P.M. Tuesday and after 8:30 A.M. Wednesday. Prayers will be at 5 P.M. Tuesday.
