Mary Sheila Carman

Mary Sheila Carman, 61, of Owensboro, died Friday, April 25, 2003 at her home. The Perry County, Ind native was a homemaker and of the baptist faith. She enjoyed fishing, rummage and junk sales. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dan O. and Claudia Frances Saunders and four brothers, Paul, Joe, Danny and Roland Saunders.

She is survived by her husband of 42 years, William H. Carman, Sr.; a son, William H. Carman, Jr., of Owensboro; two daughters, Mary Frances Carman of Owensboro and Marie Hobson of Brocton, ILL; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a twin sister, F. Sharon Jump of Troy, IN; a brother, Claud A. Saunders of Waldroft, MD.

Funeral services are 11:30 A.M. Tuesday, April 29, 2003 at the Glenn Funeral Home with burial in Lewisport Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 1-8 P.M. on Monday and after 9 A.M. on Tuesday.
