Mary Maude Aud, 92, of Hermitage Nursing & Rehabilitation, formerly of 8954 Short Station Road, Knottsville died Wednesday, January 08, 2003 at Hermitage Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Daviess County on July 5, 1910 the daughter of George Edward and Therese Higdon Lindsey. Her husband, Joseph Louis Aud, preceded her in death on February 3, 1992.
She was a member of St. William Catholic Church.
Survivors include one son, James Aud of Los Angeles, CA; one daughter Imogene Maxwell of N. Glenn, Colo., one grandson, Myles Maxwell of Westminster, Colo.; one great-granddaughter; one sister, Loretta Higdon of Knottsville; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 11, 2003 at St. William Catholic Church, officiated by Father Tony Stevenson. Burial will follow in St. William Church Cemetery. Her family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday, January 10, 2003 and after 8:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Prayers will be 6:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
