Martina Ann Heisdorffer was stillborn on May 23, 2004 at Norton Suburban Hospital in Louisville, Ky. to Kelly & Annette Heisdorffer of Utica, Ky.
She is also survived by a triplet brother, Isaac James and a sister, Juliann Carol Heisdorffer, paternal grandparents, Leland & Bonnie Heisdorffer of Sigourney, Iowa and maternal grandparents, Glenn R. & Carol Meyer of Steeleville, Il.
A graveside service will be held at Owensboro Memorial Gardens on Friday, June 4, 2004 at 11:00 A.M. En lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution may be made to the Norton Suburban Hospital, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Memorial Fund in memory of Martina Ann Heisdorffer, 4001 Dutchmans Lane, Louisville, Ky. 40207.
