Martha Beck Dukes

Martha Beck Dukes, 98, of Owensboro, passed away June 17, 2018 at Fordsville Nursing Home. Martha was born April 24, 1920 in Daviess county to the late Charles W. and Mamie Zeller Beck. She was a founding charter member of Lewis Lane Baptist Church and was an artist who loved to quilt, needlepoint, and touch up pictures.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Wesley Dukes
Survivors include her son, David Dukes and his wife Sharon of Owensboro; grandchildren, Jenny Jarvis and her husband Bill of Greenwich, CT and Adam Dukes of Jacksonville, FL; step-grandchildren, Todd and Nick Collignon and Jill Kasinger; great-grandchildren, Ellie, Holland, Will, Tilly, Creed, Wilder, and Bodie; a sister, Mary B. Reynolds; a nephew, Cary Reynolds and a niece Jackie Leslie
The family wishes to thank those at Fordsville nursing home who took care of Martha.
A graveside service will be held 10:30am Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at Owensboro Memorial Gardens
