Marlene Hoyt, 55, of Calhoun, KY, passed away Friday June 16, 2017 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. She was born April 8, 1962 to the late Frank and Lutreacy Wilkey Hoyt. Marlene loved all kinds of water sports, gambling and going to the casino boat, wrestling, and enjoyed NASCAR and stock car racing of all types. She also enjoyed all kinds of animals and would take care of and love on them, and they would love her back as their favorite.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Star Fenwick; and a sister, Judy Davis Welch.
Marlene is survived by her companion, Terry Middleton; her daughter, Tammy Hoyt (Tim Scalf); son, PFC. James "Dylan" Fenwick (Army - Ft. Riley, Kansas); grand-children, Tyler, Courtney, Chase and Kelsey Scalf; and sisters, Joan Raymer and Darlene Hoyt Kinison.
The funeral service will be at 6 pm Monday June 19 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory with Eddie Duke officiating. Burial will be at a later date at Brushy Fork Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 12 until the time of service.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the family of Marlene Hoyt.
