Mark A. Moss

Mark A. Moss, 41, of Owensboro passed away Friday, September 17, 2010 at the Owensboro Medical Health System from injuries suffered in a motorcycle accident. Born on February 13, 1969 in Henderson; he worked at Metalsa Corporation as a Quality Coordinator and was a member of Bellevue Baptist Church. He was a 1987 graduate of Henderson County High School and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Elmus Toad Rideout and Alva and Oneita Moss.

He is survived by his wife of eight years, Lana Lott Moss; his daughter, Natalie Moss (Sutton Elementary School); his parents, Glynn and Linda Rideout Moss of Henderson; his brother, Bob (and Kim) Moss of Henderson; grandparents, Louise Rideout of Henderson; uncles, Stephen (and Sammie) Moss of Owensboro and Larry (and Janice) Rideout of Henderson, his father and mother-in-law, Henry Eugene and Alice Anne Lott of Owensboro; and several cousins and a host of friends.

Services are 1 p.m. on Wednesday, September 22, 2010 at Bellevue Baptist Church, 4950 Hwy 56, Owensboro, KY 42301 with Rev. Russell Wood officiating followed by burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Henderson. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory and after 11 a.m. on Wednesday at Bellevue Baptist Church.
