Marie "Emmie" Emogene Veach

Marie "Emmie" Emogene Veach, 80, of Owensboro, passed away October 26, 2018. Marie was born on November 30, 1937, in Daviess County to the late William A. Hamilton and Carrie Severs Hamilton. Emmie loved to read her paperback books and bake pies.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Junior Veach; brother, William Lewis Hamilton; and sisters, Regina White, Betty Hamilton, Carrie Elizabeth Hamilton, Beulah Sikes, and Doris Ann Hamilton.
Survivors include her sons, William Anthony Veach, W. Alan Veach (Daniel), Brian Veach (Regina), and Kenny Veach (Carrie); 5 grand children, great-grandchildren, and a loving extended family.
The funeral service will be noon Saturday, November 3, 2018, at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory with Pastor Bob Coons officiating. Visitation will be from 2 until 8 pm Friday, November 2, 2018, and after 10 am Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Rosehill Cemetery.
