Margie Sue Browning

Margie Sue Browning, 77, of Owensboro, died Saturday, August 1, 2009, at the Corbin B.R.M.C. She was born December 22, 1931 to the late James and Irene West Browning in Glenville, KY. She graduated from Bethel College in Hopkinsville and Brescia University in Owensboro. She retired from Texas Gas and was a member of Third Baptist Church in Owensboro.

Survivors include her sister, Pat Browning of Corbin, KY.

Services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, at Glenn Funeral Home with burial in Station Baptist Church Cemetery in McLean County. Visitation will be 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday at the Corbin Funeral Home, and 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Tuesday at Glenn Funeral Home, and after 1:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Third Baptist Church, 527 Allen Street, Owensboro, KY 42301.
