Margaret E. Stewart

Margaret E. Stewart, 81, of the Carmel Home, formerly of 516 E. 23rd. St., Owensboro, passed away on Friday, February 15, 2008 at Owensboro Medical Health System. She was born in Daviess Co., Ky. to the late Leo B. and Rose Mary Wink Krampe. She was retired from the General Electric Co -Small Motors and was a member of Blessed Mother Catholic Church where she was active in numerous things including making various items for the church picnic. She enjoyed sewing and spending time with all her nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James C. Stewart on August 28, 1997, a sister, Edna K. Fulkerson in 1978, and a brother, Robert N. Krampe in 2003.

Surviving are two brothers, Edward Krampe and wife Carol and Eugene Krampe and wife Becky, all of Owensboro, a sister, Helen Rose Smith and husband Norbert of Utica, and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Services will be 11:00 A.M. Monday, February 18, at Blessed Mother Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:00-6:00 P.M. Sunday and after 9:00 A.M. Monday at Glenn Funeral Home. Prayers will be 4:30 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home.
