Margaret Rose "Peggie" Blandford Reynolds

Margaret Rose “Peggie” Blandford Reynolds, 72, of Owensboro, passed away Saturday January 10, 2026 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital surrounded by her family. She was born November 30, 1953 in Owensboro to the late Damien and Hilda Goetz Blandford. Peggie had worked as a teacher's aid at Tamarack Elementary School for the Daviess County School System. She loved to read and was an avid reader of books with global and historical content. She enjoyed growing house plants and herbs. Peggie loved good healthy debates with members of her Saturday Coffee Party group.

In addition to her parents, Peggie was preceded in death by a son, John Thomas Reynolds who died at birth, her brother Daniel Blandford, and sisters-in-law, Paula Horn and Linda Blandford.

Surviving to cherish her memory are her husband of 46 years, Steven Reynolds; son Matthew Reynolds; brothers, John (Esther) Blandford, David Blandford, and Kenneth (Virginia) Blandford; sisters-in-law, Janis Blandford and Teana (Jeff) Abernathy and brother-in-law, Mike Horn; a dear friend, Qi Zhou; and many nieces and nephews she loved dearly.

There will be a visitation from 10 AM until Noon Wednesday, January 14 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory.
