Margaret Henning Munday

Margaret Henning Munday, 86, formerly of Owensboro, died Thursday, March 13, 2008, at the Montgomery Care Center in Cincinnati, OH. She was born December 14, 1921 to the late Thomas E. and Mattie Sue Blanford Henning in Daviess County. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church for many years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William S. Munday in 1979.

Survivors include her daughters, Susan Mercurio of Cincinnati, OH and Judith Scammell of Columbus, OH; four grandchildren, Lisa and Lenny Mercurio, Jessica and Michele Schammell; one great-grandson, Gage Scammell; a brother, Thomas Henning of Owensboro, a sister, Jean Dupre of Tell City, IN; several nieces and nephews.

Services will be 11:00 AM Saturday, at Glenn Funeral Home with burial in Elmwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM on Saturday. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association, 3703 Taylorsville Road, Suite # 102, Louisville, KY 40220.
