Margaret Hill

Margaret "Peggy" Hill, 82, of Owensboro, died December 29, 2014 in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born in Owensboro, November 15, 1932 to the late William and Margaret Clements McCray. Peggy was of the Catholic faith. She worked as a nurse at Our Lady of Mercy Hospital for 15 years, then became a dental assistant for Dr. J. Don Riley DDS, and later retired.

Peggy was preceded in death by her husband, George Hill.

Survivors include her sons, Bill Hill, Benjamin Hill (Debbie) of Owensboro, and Michael Hill of Cincinnati, OH.; grandson Benjamin Hill Jr. (Holly) of Greenville SC.

Service will be noon Saturday at Sts. Joseph and Paul Catholic Church. Burial will be in Mater Dolorosa Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8pm with prayers at 6:30 pm Friday and from 9-11:30 Saturday at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory.

Memorial contributions may take the form of donations to the Owensboro Humane Society.
