Margaret Ann Pendleton Head

Margaret Ann Pendleton Head, age 86, passed away peacefully on June 30th, 2026

Beloved mother of Gene (Robbie) and Darien (Barbara); devoted grandmother of Daniel (Kaitlyn) and Annie; dear great-grandmother of Alannah, Nolah, and Brayden.

Ann was born in Owensboro, Kentucky. Graduated from DCHS in 1958. She loved her horses, gardening, attending church, and was a member of rotary. She also loved dancing and had her own dance troupe “Dance Mania”

She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the First Christian Church of Downers Grove are greatly appreciated.

Visitation 4pm until time of Funeral Service, 7pm, on Sunday, July 12th at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th St., Countryside, IL.

A service will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, July 14 at Rosehill Chapel in Rosehill-Elmwood Cemetery, Owensboro, KY. Care by Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory.
