Margaret I. Fischer

Margaret Inez Fischer, 86, of 224 Church St., (Stanley) Owensboro, passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2005 at the home of her daughter, Francele Warren. She was born in Daviess Co., Ky. to the late William E. & Agatha Vivian Murphy Dunn. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Peter of Alcantara Catholic Church and the Ladies Auxiliary at the church. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Joseph P. Fischer in 1997 and a brother, William L. Dunn.

Surviving are three sons and their wives, Leon J. & Maxine Fischer of Benton, Ky., Dennis E. & Ann Fischer of Stanley, Ky., and Scott A. & Marie Fischer of Miles, Texas, and three daughters and their husbands, Judy & Phil Keller of Stanley, Ky., Francele & Daniel Warren of Owensboro, and Rethia & Jackie Bumgardner of Charleston, W. Va., a brother, Robert O. Dunn of Stanley, 13 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.

Services will be at 1:00 P.M. Friday, March 4, at St. Peter of Alcantara Catholic Church with burial following in St. Peter Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00-8:00 P.M. Thursday at Glenn Funeral Home with prayers at 6:00 P.M. and after 10:00 A.M. Friday.
