Madelyn Rae VonGunten

Madelyn Rae` VonGunten, 5 years old, passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2013. Madelyn was born in Owensboro, to Ray and Courtney (Lindow) VonGunten on August 20, 2007. She was always smiling and liked to make everyone happy. Madelyn loved playing with her big brother and loved food, especially pasta salad, and enjoyed her education at Meadowlands Elementary. She proved her doctors wrong when she was able to walk, run, and feed herself. She really was "our little trooper".
Surviving are her parents, Courtney VonGunten of Owensboro, Ray VonGunten of Maceo, a brother, Maddox, at home, grandparents, David and Cathy Lindow of Owensboro, Patricia Schmitz of Waukesha, WI, Ray (Bette) VonGunten of Hartford, WI, great grandparents, Bob and Jeanne Lindow of Owensboro, aunts, Natalie (Josh) Anderson of Lexington,KY, Jenny (Jim) DeFord of Waukesha, WI, and Stephanie (Dean) Sulok of West Bend, Wi., and many other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be 12 p.m. Saturday, March 30, 2013 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 2 to 8 p.m. with prayers at 5 p.m.,and after 9 a.m. Saturday. Online condolences may be expressed at www.glennfuneralhome.com.
