Mable J. Warren

Mable J. Warren, 101, of Owensboro, passed away January 21, 2019 at Miller's Merry Manor in Rockport, IN. She was born November 17, 1917 in Butler County to the late Efren and Dewy Mitchell Joiner. Mable enjoyed being outside and working with her flowers and plants, sometimes even nursing them back to good health.


She also was preceded in death by her husband, Haward Warren; a son, John Warren; a sister, Opal Walton; and two brothers, Rethal and Bill Joiner.


Mable is survived by two sons, Ben (Holly) Warren and Jim Warren; granddaughters, Chellee (Simon) Cassels and Kerri (Josh) Durkin; a grandson, Ben Warren Jr.; 8 great grandchildren; sisters, Elizabeth and Virgie; brothers, Glenn and Leon; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service for Mable J. Warren will be 12:00 p.m. Saturday at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory with Pastor Jimmy Bunch officiating. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. Saturday. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery in Morgantown.
