M. Florence Pidgeon

Maitta Florence Flo Pidgeon, 89, of Roosevelt House No. 1, Apt. 1804, Owensboro, died Tueday, October 30, 2001 at her apartment. She was born May 9, 1912 in Louisville, Kentucky the daughter of George & Rose Logsdon Fulkerson. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Charles Pidgeon and George Benisch.

She was a retired singer and was a member of several bridge clubs, Owensboro Country Club and Winged Foot Country Club in New York. She enjoyed singing, dancing and playing golf.

Survivors include a son, Ralph Bud Fulkerson of Owensboro; two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and four nieces.

Funeral services will be 6:00 p.m. Friday, November 2, 2001 at Glenn Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Reverend Charles Bennett. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery. Her family will receive friends after 3:00 p.m. Friday.
