Lynn C. Horn, 62, of Rockport, Indiana passed away suddenly on Monday, December 5 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. Lynn was born June 26, 1954 in Daviess County to the late Harry Basil Carrico and Dorothy Jean Kincaid Carrico. She was a graduate of Owensboro Catholic High School and then attended the Owensboro Business College. She was employed for 35 years as a legal secretary and also worked at Hausner Hard Chrome and retired six years ago. Lynn was a sweet, gentle, kind and fun loving person who loved riding motorcycles and traveling. She was gifted at decorating and sewing and loved to shop. Lynn was a member of the Red Hat Gypsies of Owensboro. But most of all, she loved her grandchildren and spending time with them.
Survivors include her husband of 40 years, Keith Horn; son, Elliott Horn and wife Brandi of Patronville, Indiana; daughter, Natalie Horn of Evansville; grandchildren, Briley and Brynleigh Horn and Jaxon Liebhart; sisters, Lisa Hunter and husband Steve of Tarpon Springs, Florida and Laurel Walls and husband Rick of Owensboro; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
The service will be at 10:00 AM Saturday, December 10 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory with Chaplain Scott Hutcheson officiating. Burial to follow at Elmwood Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 3:00 to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM.
