Lucy Mae Powers Colbert Tucker

Lucy Mae Powers Colbert Tucker, 84 , of 2714 West Sixth Street, Owensboro, died Tuesday, May 03, 2005, at Owensboro Medical Health System. She was a member of Crabtree Avenue Baptist Church. The Hancock County native was born to the late Phillip and Carry Powers, and preceded in death by her husband Jones Adams Tucker in 1998, and four brothers, Raymond, J.C. Gilbert, and Kenneth Powers.
She is survived by a son, William E. Colbert Jr.(Linda) of Owensboro, and two daughters, Billie Mae Easler ( Ray)of Philpot, and Joyce Faye Sweeney (Elmer) of Owensboro, six grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and two step-great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held, Thursday, May 5, 2005 ,at 1 p.m. at Glenn Funeral Home, with burial in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be 3 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, and after 9 a.m. Thursday.
