Lucille Knott Hayden

Lucille Knott Hayden, age 88, passed away on Monday, October 8, 2012 at Wellington Park. She was born on September 4, 1924 to the late M.R and Rosalie Knott.

Lucille was a loving mother and grandmother and a devout Catholic.

Aside from her loving parents Lucille is preceded in death by her loving husband; Julian Gabriel Hayden Sr., one brother, Charles Knott, two sisters; Helen Woodward and Jane Konrad.

She is survived by her three sons; Julian G. Hayden Jr. (Pat) of Owensboro, Greg Hayden ( Debbie) of Owensboro, and Steve Hayden ( Janet) of Henderson. Her four daughters; Barbara Van Meter (Doug) of Louisville, June Hayden of Owensboro, Janet O'Bryan ( Mike) of Owensboro, and Rita Main ( Joe) of Louisville, two brothers; Paul J. Knott and J.C Knott, four sisters; Dorothy Calhoun, Mary Ruth Cecil, Emma Blakeley and Carolyn Knott. Lucille is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and twenty five great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 9:00AM until 12:00PM on Friday at the Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 1:00PM on Friday at Immaculate Catholic Church with Pastor Tony Jones as celebrant. Entombment will be held at Resurrection Cemetery.
