Louise Polk Falls

Louise Polk Falls, 82, of Owensboro, KY, passed away on Tuesday, August 3, 2010 in Gallatin, TN.

She was born in Tobinsport, IN to the late Carl and Vera Polk. Mrs. Falls was a devoted Christian, wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed gardening, traveling and cooking for her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl D. Falls; son, Lanny D. Falls; daughter Susan Falls Scoonover; grandson, Andrew Leet; and brothers Benjamin Polk and Waverly Polk.

Survivors include her daughter, Nancy Falls Kling of Gallatin, TN.; 5 grandchildren, Aaron Leet, Mica Evans Hider, Kelly Evans Roberson, Lauren Falls, Lindsey Falls and 3 great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday at Glenn Funeral Home in Owensboro, KY. Visitation will be from noon to 2:00 p.m. Burial will be held at Memorial Gardens in Owensboro. Contributions may be made to Mission of Hope Scholarships, P.O. Box 51824, Knoxville, TN 37950.
