Lou Nell Alexander

Lou Nell Alexander, 51, of 818 Jackson Street, Owensboro, died Tuesday, July 10, 2001, at Riverside Manor Nursing Home in Calhoun. She was born in Owensboro, KY September 1, 1949 the daughter Randall Earl and Clara Saunders Alexander. She was preceded in death by her father, Randall Alexander; a brother, Charles Alexander and a sister, Beverly Ahten.

She was a member of 10th Street Baptist Church.

Survivors include her companion, Carlenen Crite, Sr. of Owensboro; a daughter, Clara Louise Crite of Owensboro; her mother, Clara Mae Alexander of Owensboro; two brothers, Donnie Alexander and Randall Alexander, both of Owensboro; a sister, Shirlene Simmons of Owensboro; and several nephews and nieces.

Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Friday, July 13, 2001 at 10th Street Baptist Church in Owensboro, officiated by Reverend Willie Grubbs. Burial will follow in Iron Ore Hill Cemetery in Daviess County. Her family will receive friends at Glenn Funeral Home form 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
