Lorena Reisz Boarman

Lorena Matilda Reisz Boarman, 95, of Indianapolis, Indiana, formerly of Owensboro, died Monday, June 4, 2012 in Indianapolis, where she lived with her daughter and son-in-law Rita and Emilio Martinez for the last three years. She was born April 25, 1917, to the late Charles R. and Eleanor Fischer Reisz in Daviess County, Ky. She and her late husband William Lawrence "Larry" Boarman were married May 29, 1945 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Central City, Ky
Mrs. Boarman was also preceded in death by a daughter, Carol Ann Wright.
Survivors include her daughters, Mary Kay Fannin and her husband, Mike of Lexington, KY, Linda Marie Hix and her husband, Freeman of Ft. Myers, FL, Rita Jean Martinez and her husband, Emilio of Indianapolis, IN, Barbara Wood and her husband, Jim of Houston, TX, Denise Beard and her husband, John of Zebulon, NC; her sons, James Boarman and his wife, Kathe of Houston, TX, Gerry Boarman and his wife, Jami of Denver, CO; eighteen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
Services will be 10:00 AM Saturday in the chapel of Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory with burial in Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00 until 8:00 PM Friday at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory with prayers at 6 PM.
