Lola E. Roark

Lola E. Roark, 87, of Bon Harbor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Owensboro, passed away Sunday, March 6, 2005, at Bon Harbor. She was born in Muhlenburg Co., Ky. and was retired after 40 years with Ken-Rad and General Electric Co. She was a member of Hall St. Baptist Church which she loved very much and the Love Sunday School Class. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her nieces & nephews, and always enjoyed her work. She was preceded in death by two brothers, T. O. Roark & Burren Roark, and four sisters, Agnes Pauline Davis, Lois Strader, Dorothy Gregory, and Gallah Strader.

Survivng is a brother and his wife, Alben L. & Rena Roark of Owensboro, and ten nephews and eight nieces.

Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, March 9, at the Glenn Funeral Home Chapel. Entombment will be at Owensboro Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 P.M. Tuesday and after 8:30 A.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.
