Lois Ann Willoughby, 57, of 5094 Free Silver Road, Knottsville, died Friday, September 05, 2003 at her home. She was born in Daviess County, Kentucky the daughter of Joseph Bernard and Mary Edna Johnson Payne. Mrs. Willoughby worked in the mortgage department of US Bank and was a member of St. William Catholic Church. She enjoyed working in her flower garden. A brother, Vincent Leo Payne and a sister, Dorothy Marie Roberts, preceded her in death.

Survivors include two sons, Pat Isbill and Kevin Isbill of Whitesville; two daughters, Julie Roby of Whitesville and Toni Isbill of Knottsville; 11 grandchildren, Alex, Kaleb, Abigail, Matthew, Kasey, Lucas, Morgan, Halie, Myranda, Tyler and Evan; her parents, J. B. and Mary Edna Payne of Knottsville and one brother, Joseph Allen Payne of Knottsville.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 7, 2003 at St. William Catholic Church, officiated by Father Tony Stevenson. Burial will follow in St. William Catholic Cemetery. Her family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Saturday, September 6, 2003 and after 12:00 p.m. Sunday. Prayers will be said at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
