Lois Hollis Johnson

March 25, 1924 — December 6, 2003

Lois Hollis Johnson 2421 East Fourth Street, Owensboro, died Saturday at her home. A native of Maceo, she was a graduate of Daviess County, High School, and a member of Breckinridge Street United Methodist Church. She retired from Glenmore Distilleries after 37 years. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Francis Johnson in 1983, and a son, Guy Richard Johnson in 1974.
She is survived by a son, Josph L. Johnson and wife Roberta, daughters Mary Alma Trodglen and Elizabeth Ann Libby OBrien and husband Dennie, all of Owensboro, seven grandchildren, and four greatgrandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 9, 2003 at Glenn Funeral Home at 11:30 a.m.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. Monday until 8 p.m., and after 9 a.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Expressions of sympathy may be made to United Methodist Women, Breckinridge Street United Methodist Church, or expressed at www.glennfuneralhome.com.
