Linda Louise Travis Poole, 57, of Owensboro passed away Saturday, October 7, 2006 at the Owensboro Medical Health System. Born in Daviess County, Mrs. Poole was the daughter of the late Wallace and Ethel Burks Travis; a homemaker; enjoyed crocheting; caring for her cat, Troubles; and was member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She was preceded in death by a brother, Wallace Travis, Jr.
She is survived by her husband of 11 years, Thomas Poole; her mother-in-law, Annie Poole; six sisters-in-law; three brothers-in-law; and several nieces and nephews.
Services are 10 A.M. Tuesday, October 10, 2006 at Christ Chapel, Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 4-8 P.M. Monday, and after 9 A.M. Tuesday at Glenn Funeral Home.
