Linda Katherine Kincaid

Linda Katherine Kincaid, 64, of Owensboro, passed away on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at her home. She was born in Daviess Co., Ky. to the late Fred and Mary Ella Payne Powers. She was a member of Grace Chapel Church and enjoyed playing bunco, was a volunteer at the Adams Village Senior Center, and was active with the Women's Group at the church. She was preceded in death by a son, William Allen Sweeney on April 2, 1988 and two brothers, Norman and Allen Powers.

Surviving are her husband of 18 years, William Kincaid, a son, Bobby Sweeney of Owensboro, a daughter, Mary Jane Leonard of Owensboro, four grandchildren, Allen and Katie Hamilton, Nicole Johnson, and William Allen Sweeney, Jr., and a brother, Michael Powers and his wife Darlene of Owensboro.

Services will be 2:30 P.M. Friday, March 25, in Christ Chapel at Owensboro Memorial Gardens with burial following. Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. Friday at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory.
