Linda Lynnea Greene

Linda Lynnea Greene, 62, of 92 Colonial Court, Owensboro, died Saturday, February 19, 2005, at Hillcrest Healthcare Center. She was born March 3, 1942, to Donald and Mary Elizabeth Knight Morse in Erie, PA. She worked for 14 years at 8-Ball Restaurant, and had previously worked at Gabes' Restaurant. She was of the Methodist faith and a member of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed gardening, working with flowers, and loved her cats.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Belinda "Be Be" VanBussum, who died December 8, 1996, and her father, Donald Morse, who died in 1994.

Survivors include her husband of 37 years, Ralph Greene; two daughters, Bobbi Peach and her husband Darren of Owensboro, Dena Jackson and her husband, Paul of Chattanooga, TN; mother, Betty Morse of Norfolk, VA, three grandchildren, Jamie, Amber and Niki; three brothers, Jeff and Gary Morse, both of Norfolk, VA, Guy Morse of Ft. Walton Beach, FL; two sisters, Libby Reifsnyder of Alexandria, VA, Stacey Williams of Salem, NC; several nieces and nephews.

Services will be 3:00 PM Wednesday at Glenn Funeral Home with burial in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be 1:00 until 3:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
