Linda Diane Borders, 57, of Owensboro, passed away on Wednesday, December 14, 2011 at her residence. She was born in Jefferson Co., KY to the late James C. and Myrtle Westmoreland Melton Smith.
She is survived by a son, Devin Lee Borders of Jeffersonville, IN, one grandchild, two sisters, Shirley LaMotte of Owensboro and Marla (Dane) Schaftlein of Taylorsville, a brother, James C. Smith, Jr. of Owensboro, and two half-brothers, James Melton of Louisville and Hobert (Kris) Melton of Phoenix, AZ.
There will be no visitation or services. Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory are in charge of arrangements.
