Lillie M. Booker

Lillie M. Booker, 79, went to be with our Lord and Savior on Saturday, November 3, 2007 at Professional Care and Rehabilitation in Hartford. Born January 28, 1928 in Knottsville, KY, Mrs. Booker was the daughter of the late Joseph and Marian Payne Roberts and was a member of the Sts Joseph and Paul Catholic Church. She was a homemaker, and liked to read and do crossword puzzles.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Booker, in 1980.

Lillie is the loving mother of a son, Allen ( Becky ) Booker of Owensboro; her daughters; Mary Ann Morris of Bowling Green, Yvonne ( Benny ) Davis of Murfreesboro, TN, Rosemary ( Wayne ) Bartlett of Pleasant Ridge, Theresa Seaton of Reynolds Station, and Annette (Richard ) Johnson of Olaton, KY; beloved grand mother and great grandmother of sixteen grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren; and a beloved sister to Mary Kempf of Louisville, Ky.

Services are at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 7, 2007 at Saints Joseph and Paul Catholic Church with Father Carl McCarthy officiating, followed by burial in Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Glenn Funeral Home, with prayers at 6:30 p.m. and after 9 a.m. on Wednesday
