Letha L. Blount, 78, of Owensboro passed away Thursday, January 07, 2016 at Owensboro Center.
She was born in Kennett, Missouri to the late Owen and Helen Smith.
Mrs. Blount was a retired registered nurse who was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by a daughter, Christine Young of Owensboro; five grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and a sister, Joanne Smith of Kennett, Missouri.
A graveside service will be held at 2 PM Saturday at Mt. Gilead Cemetery in Clarkston, Missouri.
