Leslie Kay Wink

Leslie Wink, 44, of Utica, passed away Sunday, October 10, 2010 at Owensboro Medical Health System following a very brief illness. Leslie was born in Livermore, a daughter of Douglas Wells and Billie June Fitts Wells. She was a graduate of McLean County High School. Leslie was a nurturer whose care was focused on her family, her husband and children, but which extended to friends and neighbors and anyone in need. Preceding her in death were her father and her grandmother, Louise Bunch.

Leslie is survived by her husband, Brian Wink; her daughters, Elizabeth Wink, Megan Wink, and Kristen Wink, all of Masonville; her sisters, Pam Daniel of Greenville, Bonnie Melton of Madisonville and Debbie Whittaker of Calhoun; her brother, Doug Wells of Owensboro; and her mother and step-father, Billie June Bibb and Earl Bibb of Madisonville.

The funeral mass for Mrs. Wink will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at St. Anthony Catholic Church. Visitation will be at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory from 2:00 until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday and at the church from 9:00 a.m. Wednesday. A prayer vigil will be at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in St. Anthony Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Building Fund of St. Anthony Catholic Church.
