Larry W. Johnson

Larry Johnson, 69, of Owensboro passed away March 24th, 2024, at Heritage Place. He was born on December 15th, 1954, to the late Walter and Lois Sue Johnson. Larry devoted his time to taking care of his wife Kathy and enjoyed doing anything, with her by his side. He worked at Audubon Area Apartments for over thirty years, where he retired.  Larry was a loving father, husband, grandfather, brother, and friend, always going above and beyond for those he loved.

Larry was preceded in death by the love of his life, Kathy Johnson, sister Janie Bell and granddaughter Courtney Johnson.

He is survived by his son, Roy (Rhonda) Johnson; daughter, Tina (Dennis) Zoglmann; grandchildren, Cory, Matthew, Andrew, Hannah, Audrey, Peyton, Bayly, Maddie, Neal, Eli; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Peggy Riley; brother, Tommy (Jeannie) Johnson; and his beloved dog.

Services are private.  Care by Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory.
