Larry Billings, 67, of Owensboro passed away Friday, March 10, 2017 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. Mr. Billings was born October 13, 1949 in Louisville to the late Ellis and Mary Hamilton Billings.
He is survived by his sister, Donna Ebelhar and husband Grady of Owensboro along with several nieces and nephews.
