Kyle Martin Brands

Kyle Martin Brands, age 6, of 1417 Rose Avenue, Owensboro, died Monday, May 3, 2004 at Kosair Childrens Hospital in Louisville as a result of a bicycle accident. Born in Owensboro, he was a kindergarden student at Audubon Elementary School. The loving and helpful child loved the out doors and played baseball for the Rams team on the Precious Blood Church League.
He is survived by his parents, Theresa Nelson of Owensboro, and Jim Brands of Riverview ,Florida, three sisters, Nikki Alsup and her husband, Scott , Tiffany Nelson, and Amber Nelson, all of Owensboro, his maternal grandmother, Sue Maran of Owensboro, paternal grandmother, Carolyn Baldridge of Phoenix, Arizona, and maternal grand father, Billy Schwing of Phoenix, and an aunt, Brenda Olsen of Phoenix.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 6, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. Glenn Funeral Home with burial in Elmwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from2 until 8 p.m. Wednesday and after 9 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
