Klytia May Edge, 87, of Owensboro died Thursday, December 19, 2002 at the Bon Harbor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. The Cairo, West Virginia native was retired from the Owensboro Canning Co. and was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Robert Edge in 1971.
She is survived by two sons, Gayford L. Kendall and Robert E. Edge both of Owensboro; a daughter, Sheila Bailey of Owensboro; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one step-grandchild; and three step-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services are 3:30 P.M. Sunday, December 22, 2002 at the Glenn Funeral Home with burial in Elmwood Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 3-8 P.M. on Saturday and after 12 noon on Sunday.
