Kevin Ray Hamilton

Kevin Ray Hamilton, 49, of Owensboro passed away Friday, December 29, 2017 at his home. Mr. Hamilton was born January 25, 1968, in Owensboro, to Donald R. Hamilton and Martha J. Foster Hamilton. He graduated from Owensboro Catholic High School in 1986 and worked for the City of Owensboro for 25 years as a concrete finisher. He enjoyed being outside working in the yard and spending time with his dogs, especially his favorite companion, Kodi. Kevin's favorite thing to do was spend time with his grandkids, whom he loved very much.

Kevin was preceded in death by his father, Donald R. Hamilton; and a brother, Eric Hamilton.

He is survived by his wife of 24 years Lorma Stogner Hamilton; step-daughter, Samantha Pickle of Owensboro; step-sons, Alan Payne of Lancaster, CA and Lonnie Curtis and his wife Misty of Owensboro; grandchildren, Ashton, Morgan, and Baylen Pickle, Madison Clouse, Gabriel Curtis and Hannah Kelly; nephew, Dakota Hamilton; and a brother, Dallas Hamilton and his wife Jessica of Owensboro.

A time of gathering for family and friends will be held from 6 – 8pm, Tuesday January 2, 2018 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory.
